At first I was a little hestitant about this company, but I am happy I chose them to make my purchase. My boys love their bunk bed! The service was excellent! The gentleman I spoke with over the phone answered all my questions and provided me with good customer service. I received the bed in two boxes and the delivery person was kind enough to bring it to the bedroom that I needed it in. I have had the bed for just about two months now and so far…so good. Putting it together did take a very long time but the instructions were clear enough to follow. I did experience some difficulty with putting the stairs together but I was able to figure it out.
