Description Free Shipping!A pure bone colonial style board made for bone and metal sets. This board is very heavy and looks superb with it’s detailed bone material. Some bone chess pieces don’t quite look right on wooden boards, so we’ve produced this style of board made in the same material as the pieces and having the same colouring. The result is that the pieces look great on the board as the pictures show. This one has 1.9 inch squares which is good for most of the bone chess sets in our inventory. NOTE: Bone is a rare and difficult material to make chessboards with. The boards contain characteristic flaws, or imperfections that make the product a genuine bone item – this is expected and is part of a hand crafted product. The end product is simply superb.
