Yes please! Part of the service of live wedding painting/illustrations is the entertainment I provide to guests.I usually set up about 45 minutes before I’m needed and will mingle with your guests taking photographs.This is included in the price.(Please make allowances in your timings when booking me for that to happen)Having your photo taken means you don’t have to stand and hold a pose for 15 minutes, you can continue your celebrations and collect your painting later on.WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE?I use only the finest, professional-quality materials. My illustrations paper is the highest quality 300gsm, acid-free 4” x 6” paper. My watercolour paints are Windsor & Newton Professional, Sennellier professional, or handmade by UK artisans’. These paints are some of the best on the market for pigmentation, fade resistance and durability. My acrylic paint pens have been tested for durability, pigmentation and lightfastness. Your paintings are then slipped into an archival grade wallet to protect them whilst you take them home.WHAT IF PAINT IS SPILLED? I have full public liability insurance if someone trips over my equipment and spills ink onto a carpet or hurts themselves. Although I do take precautions to prevent this from happening! If watercolour or glitter gets on your clothes, they should wash out fairly easily. If acrylic paint gets on your clothes you will need to get professional advice so best avoid touching the paintings until they are dry!WHY DON’T THE FIGURES HAVE ‘PROPER’ FACES? These illustrations are interpretive and intended to capture the spirit and essence of the day, so they won’t be extremely detailed, it’s all about the vibes! Finally: try not to be too tipsy when you approach my working area, tiddly folk can be a little clumsy and I’d rather have you bright and fresh for your illustration photo!
